Move, breathe, and build strength in one of Chicago’s most beautiful outdoor spaces. The Lily Pool Wellness Series is a collaboration between Busy Body Retreats and the Lincoln Park Conservancy, presented by Mullen Circle Brand. Join Gianna LaPosta (Founder & Owner of TMPL3 Studio, Master Trainer, Certified Yoga Teacher) and Susy Solano (Corrective Exercise Specialist, Strength & Conditioning Coach, Pre/Postnatal Rehab Coach, Nutritionist) for an outdoor bootcamp designed for ALL fitness levels. Whether you’re brand new to movement, returning after a break, or looking to enhance your routine, this dynamic duo will guide you through an energizing full-body class that meets you exactly where you are.

Together, Gianna and Susy bring a supportive and fun teaching style that blends bodyweight strength, cardio, mobility, and mindful movement—ensuring every participant feels confident, comfortable, and successful, no matter their fitness level.

Set against the tranquil backdrop of the Alfred Caldwell Lily Pool, this one-hour session will leave you feeling strong, empowered, and recharged.

To create a peaceful and private experience, the Lily Pool will be closed to the public until 9:30am. The main entrance on Fullerton Ave will be closed at 8:40am to maintain this exclusive setting.

We also offer personal training with Master Trainers, who are passionate about fitness and believe movement is medicine.
