Tailored to each age group, in this 40-minute work shop, you’ll walk away with a simple, effective tool to stay composed, bounce back from mistakes, and stay locked in when the game gets tough. How do you respond when:
- The ref/ump/official makes as call that feels totally off
- You’re frustrated with a teammate which is throwing off your game
- You’re disappointed in how you are playing and can’t shake it
- Practice feels like a grind and you energy’s low
- You’re making mental errors, leading to silly mistakes
These are the moments that test you—and where mental skills help you take control, instead of letting the challenge control you. This workshop is for all sports, as mental skills are not sport specific – the situations in which you apply them are.
