Cut & Paste Collage Workshop: Fill Your Vase

Join us for a collage workshop where you can make your very own artwork. We invite you to reflect on all that "fills your vase". This workshop provides two hours to slow down, celebrate growth and change, and set new intentions. Spend the afternoon creating something with love and care and community. No experience necessary, just bring your oun story. You will walk away with a completed piece and may even pick up some new techniques in the process.

What to bring: We will have all the supplies you need, but you can always bring something from home if you want to add an additional personalized touch - a love note, a recipe card, fabric from an old shirt.

Location: Private artist studios at 2423 N 24th St, Omaha, NE 68110

(we will meet in the front of the building and escort you upstairs)

The price of your ticket covers:

• Uniquely sourced and priceless vintage papers and fabrics
• Supplies like glue, scissors, and high-quality hot press watercolor paper
• Our time and expertise to source materials, and lead our workshop!

"Hello, we are Ana and Amelia, two contemporary visual artists who recently met through the fellowship at the Union for Contemporary Art. Although we each approach collage-making in slightly different ways, we share a love for its versatility and intuitiveness. We're also passionate about working with, and for, the community. In this fast-paced world, there's something especially meaningful about having the space and time to reflect and create together despite your. We put this workshop together for anyone interested in learning and enjoying the process of making a unique piece of art to take home."
