Join us for a rejuvenating session designed to support women through menopause and beyond. Led by me, Shirley Teresa, a Licensed Menopause Champion, Yoga Teacher, and Advanced Nurse Practitioner with years of experience, you'll be guided through gentle yoga, breathwork, and relaxation techniques to ease symptoms and enhance overall well-being. Each session will include education through every stage of menopause.

Week 2 - Reconnecting to your body
Understanding and developing your pelvic muscle awareness
Breathwork and yoga flow to connect and improve your muscle awareness
Week 3 - How to nourish your body
De-stigmatising the change in body shape, improve nutrition, bone health and muscle strength
Yoga flow to increase stamina, weight bearing and strengthening with compassion
Week 4 - Brain Health
If brain fog and memory issues are impacting you - lets talk brain snacks!
Week 5 - Reduce stress & overwhelm and improve sleep
Learn how to support your nervous system and calm your mind.
Meditation, breathwork and yoga with somatic movements to feel pleasure and calmness in your body
Week 6 β Integrate, Relax, & Plan
Bring everything together in a soothing yoga session. Reflect, unwind, and discover how to continue your wellness journey with confidence and support.
