Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the sale?
No, you may show it on your smartphone (or you can bring your printed ticket).
Is my registration fee or ticket refundable?
All tickets are NON REFUNDABLE. If you decide not to attend or need to cancel for any other reason, you will lose this fee. However, tickets are transferrable.
Are children allowed at the sale?
All ages may attend during the public shopping days** (Thursday & Friday, 10am-7pm and Saturday & Sunday, 10am-5pm), and children under 18 are free. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
**NOTE: At the Wednesday presales, no children under 10 allowed, except infants worn in a front carrier.
Can I bring a stroller or wagon to the sale?
Strollers, wagons and car seats may be utilized during the public shopping days** (Thursday & Friday, 10am-7pm and Saturday & Sunday, 10am-5pm)
