This late-afternoon sound bath is more than a wellness offering—it’s a full-body immersion into light, sound, and stillness. As you relax on a float in the serene country pool, layered tones and vibrations move through the air and water, guiding you into a deep state of peace and energetic alignment. The surrounding natural elements amplify the experience, bringing a sense of connection to both Earth and Sky.

What to Bring:

Swimwear, a towel, drinking water, and your favorite floatation device (pool loungers, noodles, etc.). Floating aids will also be available on site.

Please stay home if you are experiencing any symptoms of imbalance in the body.

Pull in all the way to the back of the drive way past the tress and you will see a gravel parking lot to your right

The pool is behind the house. Make your way through the wooden gate to be greeted and to start settling in.

Weather Contingency:

If weather does not permit being outside/in or on the pool, we will move this event indoors into the yoga studio.
