This session is about finding your way back, not by fixing anything, but by learning how to be with yourself.
Through sound, breath, and sensory focus, you’ll experience tools that help you come into the moment and notice what’s going on inside, without needing to judge or analyze it. The thoughts and stories in our minds move quickly. That’s why it takes practice to notice them, and even more to witness them without getting pulled in.
This isn’t about performance or doing it “right.”It’s about exploring what helps you feel clearer, calmer, and more grounded, so you can build your own toolbox for when life feels loud.
No experience needed. Come as you are and see what works for you.Some tools will resonate, others might not, and that’s exactly the point. You get to discover what helps you come back to yourself.
About me
Hi, I’m Celina, certified sound therapist and creator of ResetFlow.
After trying all the “right” things (yoga, therapy, meditation), I still felt stuck. My mind was loud, my body tense, and I couldn’t hear myself under the pressure of doing and pleasing.
I created Reset Flow not as a method to master, or another thing on your to-do list, but as a place to to breathe, reflect, and relax.
My sessions are designed to help you feel more like you again. No fixing, no performance, no expectations.
