Lughnasa Gathering - Drung Hill (departing from Cahersiveen / Kells)

Join us for this special event reviving the ancient tradition of walking Drung Hill on the last Sunday of July - gathering at the summit to celebrate the arrival of Lughnasa.

At the top of Drung Hill, we will be able to look back over Rossbeigh, taking in its relationship to the wider coastal areas of Loch na dTrí gCaol & Dingle Bay.

We will be guided on this walk by Emma McGrath from Oileán Adventures.

Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear.

Participants are encouraged to bring along a story, poem or song to share as part of the event.

Registration for this event is limited to 10 people - further details will be sent out to registered participants closer to the date. We will be setting off for the walk at 2pm so encourage people to arrive at the start location from 1.30pm.
