Virtual Attendee Guidelines:

1. Preparation and Punctuality

  • I will sign in to the chat box at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled training or workshop to ensure a prompt start.

2. Video and Audio Etiquette

  • I will keep my camera turned on throughout the session to foster engagement.
  • I will mute my microphone unless I need to ask a question or contribute verbally.

3. Participation

  • I may type questions or comments in the chat box at any time during the session.
  • I will not engage in other activities that could distract me or interfere with my learning.

4. Attendance and Certificate

  • To be eligible for the Certificate of Completion, I will attend the session for at least 85% of the scheduled time, missing no more than 15 minutes, of absence per training session.
  • Virtual attendee's are required to complete Part I and Part II training sessions to qualify for Certificate of Completion.

5. Respect and Disruption

  • I will respect all participants by refraining from disruptive or distracting behavior during the training.
