This session offers you a moment to breathe and reset.
Let the sounds of bowls, chimes, and other instruments gently guide your body and mind into rest. No need to talk, and no pressure to do it "right", just lie down and be.
Who is this for:
This is for you if you're feeling stretched thin, overstimulated, or just want a space to relax and take time for yourself.No experience needed, and any busy mind is welcome.
What to bring:
Just bring yourself (or a friend), some water, and maybe a blanket or eye pillow. Wear something comfortable.Yoga mats will be provided.

After trying all the “right” things (yoga, therapy, meditation), I still felt stuck. My mind was loud, my body tense, and I couldn’t hear myself under the pressure of doing and pleasing.
I created Reset Flow not as a method to master, or another thing on your to-do list, but as a place to to breathe, reflect, and relax.My sessions are designed to help you feel more like you again. No fixing, no performance, no expectations.
