🎉 Dancehall Heels Fusion Class: TAKE THREE – Let’s Pour Into YOU 🎉
Overview:

You asked, and I listened… One more time — for those who missed it, or want to reconnect, reset, and re-season this choreo. But this time, we’re shifting the energy to YOU.

We’ll start the night with a collective journaling experience and movement therapy warm-up — an intentional space to release, ground, and reconnect with yourself before we mash up the floor.

Then, it's straight Bashment energy 🇯🇲 with a high-vibe, feel-good Dancehall Heels Fusion class. Whether it’s your first time or you’ve been with me since Part 1, this space is for ALL LEVELS and all vibes.

👠 Heels are optional — wear whatever makes you feel confident.📝 Please bring a notebook or journal — guided prompts will be shared as part of the warm-up experience.
