Plus, enjoy “One Last Scoop” with Johnny and Stacey Stone as they do their final on-location broadcast starting at 3pm. Swing by to say good-bye, share memories, and get your free scoop of ice cream courtesy of FoodPro of Frederick.

Then stick around for the concert with Caleb & John at 6:30pm at the boardwalk pavilion. This event will happen rain or shine.
