About this Event

PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO REGISTERING!

Join us for an exclusive Travel Advisor experience including a guided ship inspection of Norwegian Aqua, in-depth training on the Prima Class ships, and networking opportunities. This 3-day event is designed to provide valuable insight into Norwegian Cruise Line offerings while enjoying the beautiful Cocoa Beach setting. Please feel free to only attend 8.9.2025 if you are local to the area, or feel free to utilize our hotel block!

August 8 – Arrival Day

Travel Day – All Travel Advisors who choose to stay in the room block to arrive in Cocoa Beach.

Check in to the Hilton Garden Inn Cocoa Beach Oceanfront.

Enjoy the evening at your leisure.

August 9 – Ship Inspection & Training

Morning: Norwegian Aqua Ship Inspection

• 9:30 AM – Meet at Terminal 10 meeting point (you will receive details of where to meet about 2 weeks prior to 8/9/2025, so please keep an eye on your emails!)
• The tour will begin promptly at 10am, any late arrivals may not be accomodated!
• 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM – Guided ship tour of the Norwegian Aqua
• • Parking: Use the surface lot labeled “Staff Parking,” located to the right before the parking garage.
• 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM – Lunch onboard
• 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM – Free time to explore the ship’s public areas
• 2:00 PM – All attendees must disembark the ship by this time

Afternoon: Group Training

3:00 PM – Meet in the Hilton Garden Inn’s meeting room (TBD)

• Training session will cover:

Norwegian Prima Class ships

Travel advisor tools and opportunities

Norwegian Central overview

Evening: Networking Reception

• 6:00 PM – Private cocktail reception at Hilton Garden Inn Cocoa Beach Oceanfront

August 10 – Departure

• Check out and depart at your convenience.

When ordering, please ensure you are filling the information our accurately! This information is critical to get you onto the ship the day of the tour.

On the day of our ship tour, please bring the same ID you used during registration as your ID MUST match everything you've provided.

If you enter any inaccurate information into your registration, you are at a very high risk of NOT being able to attend per the port and ship's security policy!
