Join us on August 7, 2025, at the KSC Visitor Complex, Heroes & Legends Conference Center, for the NASA KSC Office of Procurement Reverse Industry Day, an event designed to enhance communication between NASA and industry partners to improve acquisition outcomes. This day will feature interactive sessions, including a mock role play of an industry bid/no bid review, discussions on doing business with NASA and industry, and a panel on NASA's acquisition strategies. Attendees will gain insights into the procurement process, understand the challenges and opportunities from both perspectives, and learn about best practices and strategies to foster successful collaborations. Don't miss this chance to engage with NASA and industry leaders and contribute to a more effective procurement process.

Important Information for Attendees

Please read this important message about entrance into the event at the KSC Visitor Complex:

1. Parking Permit - You will receive a parking permit from a3NjLXNtYWxsYnVzaW5lc3MgfCBtYWlsICEgbmFzYSAhIGdvdg== prior to August 7. Print and place in the dash of your car for entrance to the parking lot at the Visitor Complex. The gates to the Visitor Center parking lot open at 8:30 a.m.
2. On-Site Check-in - Once you have parked your vehicle, please proceed to the white tent located in the front of the parking lot, just prior to entering the main entrance area of the KSC Visitor Complex. All attendees must check-in for the seminar for entrance to the Complex and event venue. You will not be able to enter the Visitor Complex wihout checking in with staff at the white tent.

Security Information:

All bags, backpacks and other items may be opened and inspected at the discretion of security officers. All visitors must pass through a metal-detecting magnetometer screening device. Please review security information at: https://www.kennedyspacecenter.com/info/plan-your-visit/security/

Starbucks will open at 8:30 a.m. for attendees. Orders can be placed using the Starbucks mobile app. Lunch can be purchased at any open food service location: https://www.kennedyspacecenter.com/info/dining
