About this Event

🥊 Open to all fitness and levels. This will be a low-impact workout, consisting of basic punch combos...with strength and cardio exercises mixed in as well!

🍷 Your class ticket includes (1) Firefly Winery wine beverage!

🚫💵 All sales are final. If the instructor/venue determines the class needs to be cancelled due to extenuating circumstances, the attendees will be fully refunded.

📋 Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to sign waiver and situate belongings.

👦👧 Attendees under 21 can participate in class, but their drink ticket will go towards a non-alcoholic beverage.
