Intentional Steps: A Mindfulness Walking Group

Hosted by Black Butterfly Counseling

We’re bringing the studio to the pavement — and this time, it’s deeper than just getting steps in.

Join Tawanna Wilson with Black Butterfly Counseling for Intentional Steps, the first official walk of the Trap Outside summer series. Meet us at Chambers Bay in Tacoma, WA. We're creating a space where healing, movement, and community meet on the trail.

This is more than a walk — this is a wellness connection with meaning.


What to Expect
  • A guided 3.1-mile mindful walk through Chambers Bay
  • Opening affirmations and a collective intention-setting moment
  • Time to breathe, connect, and move with purpose
  • A judgment-free, vibe-filled space designed for all bodies and all energy levels
  • Light post-walk cool-down
  • Access to Black Butterfly's famous playlist to guide you on your walk:)
  • Access to join the Trap Outside leaderboard through the Adidas Running app

Whether you're walking to clear your mind, connect, or get outside and move your body — this space was created for you.

Chambers Bay 9850 64th St W, University Place, WA 98467 (We’ll meet near the main entrance—look for the Trap Lab tent!)



What to Bring:
  • Comfortable walking shoes
  • Water bottle
  • Journal (optional)
  • Headphones are optional
  • Good energy + open heart
