Imaginate Summer Social
About this Event
Come and join us for our annual Summer get-together, in partnership with Birds of Paradise! This is an informal event open to all - makers, performers, production staff, producers, programmers, venue staff and anyone else who makes theatre and dance happen.
Venue: Studio 2 at Dance Base, 14-16 Grassmarket, Edinburgh EH1 2JU
There is no bar in the venue but we will provide free light snacks and drinks (wine and soft drinks). You are also welcome to bring your own drinks if you want.
The venue is wheelchair accessible and there will be a BSL interpreter for the evening. You can find more access information for Dance Base on their website, along with photos of Studio 2. It's a drop-in event but please book a ticket so we know how much drink and nibbles to order. Feel free to pop in and out around other commitments. You're also welcome to bring others with you - we will be on hand to welcome you and make introductions.
Our Socials are an opportunity to come together and celebrate all the amazing theatre and dance created, produced and presented for young audiences in Scotland. We organise two each year, one in Summer and one in Winter, in order to create informal opportunities for the sector so we can all meet new people as well as catch up with old friends.
