Join us for the 5th Annual Triathlon. Participants will swim in PDS lap pool, bike in County Park, and run in North Park neighborhood.

About this Event

Join us for the 5th Annual pdsF.U.S.I.O.N. Triathlon. Each participant will swim in the PDS lap pool, bike in adjacent County Park and run in North Park neighborhood. All distances are age appropriate; and children will be assigned a buddy for safety during the entire event if a parent/adult is unable to participate with their child. Adults who want to "Give it a Tri" (those looking to do their first short course race) are invited to sign up as well.

COST: $20/youth or adult *includes shirt & medal*

*PDS Pool is 13.33 yards per length, 26.66 yards per lap (down and back)

• Ages 4-5; swimming down & back once
• Ages 6-8; swimming down & back twice
• Ages 9-11; swimming down & back three times
• Ages 12-14; swimming down & back four times
• Ages 15-17; swimming down & back five times
• Adults; swimming down & back 10 times

Check In and Bike Check: 7:30am-8:00am

• Wave 1: 8:00am Age 4-5: 26 yard swim, ½ mile bike, ¼ mile run (lifejacket or pool noodle option)
• Wave 2: 8:20am Age 6-8: 53-yard swim, 1 mile bike, ½ mile run (lifejacket optional)
• Wave 3: 8:45am Ages 9-11: 79-yard swim, 2 mile bike, 1 mile run
• Wave 4: 9:00am Ages 12-14: 106 yard swim, 4 mile bike, 1.5 mile run
• Wave 5: 9:30am Ages 15-17: 133 yard swim, 6 mile bike, 2 mile run
• Wave 6:10:00am Adults: 266 yard swim; 10 mile bike, 3 mile run
