Learn about permit requirements for in-water or near water work and the permitting processes administered by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Washington State Department of Ecology, and the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife.

Training Topics include:

• Permitting under Federal Section 404 and 10 of Clean Water Act
• Permitting under Federal Section 401 of Clean Water Act
• Permitting of non-federally regulated wetlands under State Water Pollution Control Act
• Shoreline permitting under State Shoreline Management Act
• Hydraulic Project Approvals and APPS
