Sunnyside Guided Hike
About this Event
This guided hike on the Sunnyside Peninsula will introduce participants to a remarkable natural area located within Lancaster City. As we walk the site, we’ll explore its unique ecology, learn about the land’s history, and discuss future plans for an Environmental Center and Nature Preserve that will provide public access, environmental education, and opportunities for community connection.
Bring a water bottle and hiking shoes and get ready to discover the largest natural area in the city that you’ve never seen!
Note: These trails are not currently open to the public outside of guided programs.
