Here at Creative Content Company, we always try to be a little outside the box when it comes to marketing, The same goes for our networking events. After all, that is what gets talked about. The same old same old, when it comes to events or marketing, can quickly become forgotten about. However, make it something different and it stands out. It’s hard to forget and easy to talk about. So, the 3rd until the 9th of August is National Farmers Market Week which means our August event is Business Networking Celebrates National Farmers Market Week.

Our Business Networking Celebrates National Farmers Market Week will be taking place on Wednesday 6th August. Our hosting business for this event will be the amazing Tracy Cleaver of Baa Baa Bistro Community Café. The month of August is also Happiness Happens Month. This is very well suited with the business, as it falls under the company name of Happiness4You, also owned by Tracy.

Each month, since July 2024, we have been running a local networking event to support the business community in Peterborough. Each event has celebrated a different national day, week or month. In November last year we celebrated Sweet Potato Appreciation Month at Becketts Tea Room. This business was previously run by Tracy. Since then, Tracy has had a turbulent journey. Yet through hard work, determination and passion, she is back again. She is supporting the local community, and our business networking events once more.

Tracy will be offering the Baa Baa Bistro Community Café space for free. In addition, she will be offering a selection regular sausage rolls, along with sausage rolls that are gluten free, vegan and vegetarian. Attendees are welcome to attend the event for free and purchase a drink during the event if they would like. We felt that sausage rolls and a venue on a farm was the perfect way to mark Networking Celebrates National Farmers Market Week.

While the event is free to attend, we ask that all attendees book in advance. This ensures that we have enough food and space for all attendees.

The event starts from 3pm where attendees can purchase a drink and network informally with other attendees. At 3.30pm we will hear a bit from Tracy and the Baa Baa Bistro Community Café and the surrounding farm. She will also be telling us about Happiness4You. Attendees are then welcome to promote their business to the room for up to 1 minute. Attendees will then be encouraged to share how they make ‘happiness happen’ in their business. This will be followed by sausage rolls and more networking.
