Join us for 45 minutes of Kick It By Eliza at Black Hat Brew Work's beautiful new indoor space!

What is Kick It? It's 13 round music driven fitness class combining elements of kickboxing, boxing and rhythmic dance, all ending in a meditative cool down. It is a class for everyBODY with different options to choose based on your fitness comfort level.

Finish class and enjoy a drink of your choice, included in your class fee!!

Only equipment needed is a yoga mat, water and sneakers!
