Feeling stressed and anxious? Give yourself the gift of slowing down to reset your nervous system. This workshop will allow you to de-stress and rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit through the healing properties of sound and breath work.

You will be led into a state of deep relaxation with calming breath work and meditation followed by sounds from the gong, crystal bowls, flute, and Shamanic drum. Throughout this workshop, you’ll be able to clear your mind to get present, allowing yourself to come into a fully relaxed state of being.
