Learn to “pray” the Native American flute, expressing the melodies within your heart. This class covers the basic scale, breath techniques, and embellishments to help you connect with the instrument and play intuitively. 🎵✨
As the saying goes, “The more people play the flute, the quicker the Earth will heal.” Together, we honor this belief, using music as a path to self-healing and the healing of Mother Earth. 🌎💫
We will close with a music jam, inviting free expression through flute, drum, voice, or any instrument that calls to you. All levels welcome—bring your own flute or try one provided. Flutes available to try.

Facilitator’s Bio:Treya Jaholkowska began her journey with the Native American flute about 20 years ago, inspired by the sweet melodies of Carlos Nakai and other Native American flute players. Miraculously, she was gifted a flute by a stranger who also taught her to play. Treya has continued this legacy, inspiring others to play—or “pray”—the flute. 🌿
