Step into a space of deep presence, softness, and reconnection. Water Rebozo: Into the Womb Within is a two-part somatic and ceremonial experience that invites you to return to the wisdom of the body. Through the art of the rebozo, the element of water, and the sanctuary of shared space.

We begin on the ground with a gentle introduction to the rebozo, introducing you to its cultural roots, its sacred uses, and its power to hold and soothe the body. Through guided practices and meditation, we build presence and connection.

We then transition into the warm waters, where the rebozo becomes a cocoon for rest and rebirth. Through playful guided exercises and somatic exploration, we invite softness and trust. You learn to move and to be moved gently in the water, evoking a womb-like experience of surrender, flow, and return to the self.
