🌙 Stillness After Sunset

Step into a sonic sanctuary beneath the evening sky. This immersive sound bath experience takes place beside the river and among the vines—on sacred Abenaki land. Surrounded by birdsong and breeze, you’ll be gently guided into rest through the pure tones of crystal bowls and Koshi chimes.

As the sun dips below the trees, we’ll conclude with a Swamscott wine tasting and space to unwind in good company. Enjoy a flight of six estate-grown wines from Squamscott Vineyard & Winery. Nestled along 12 acres of protected shoreline and salt marsh, our vineyard is home to handcrafted wines and a wide array of local wildlife. We think this space is the perfect sanctuary for a summer reset—and we hope you’ll agree.

What to Know:

• Sound bath only (no movement).
• Includes a post-session wine tasting.
• Please bring your own yoga mat or blanket for comfort.
• Ages 21+ only.

Capacity: Limited to 24 guests for a spacious, welcoming experience
