The Logos Method provides tools to help you find calm amidst the chaos, centering yourself in the face of uncertainty. This practice not only cultivates grounding but also nurtures the inner strength and resilience needed to move forward with clarity and courage. Together, we’ll create a moment of balance and renewal, reminding us that our personal and collective strength begins within.

The Logos Method's Sound Baths are a journey within. We help our clients with anxiety, depression, sleep issues, pain and other emotional and physical issues. This experience also helps us open our creative channels to help us move forward in our lives with purpose and peace.

When: August 19, 2025 - 7:00 - 8:30PM
Where: St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 415 El Camino Real, Burlingame
Parking: there are some spaces in the church parking lot. Enter on Occidental. If the lot is full, look for street parking.
Arrive between 6:30 and 6:45 to allow for time to park and get settled in before we begin at 7:00.

Bring:• camping or yoga mat, with sleeping bag or blanket, pillow, water bottle.• Wear comfy clothes• or a zero gravity chair
