In this hands-on learning experience, participants develop the skills to lead persuasive, client-focused sales conversations—starting with value and ending in action. They'll learn to structure discussions around meaningful insights, such as industry trends or client pain points, and link them to solutions. Participants also strengthen their ability to handle objections with confidence and empathy. Instead of reacting defensively, they’ll practice collaborative responses—turning tough questions into trust-building moments. Along the way, they’ll see how preparation and rehearsal fuel clarity, connection, and results. This half-day experience is ideal for early-career sales professionals, and customer-facing team members.

AGENDA:

SALES PITCH

Participants will master the system behind executing an elevator pitch. They will craft a persuasive pitch that they can rely on when trying to engage their prospects. They will learn about the complete sales cycle in a one-minute condensed speech.

Key Outcomes:

  • Craft a pitch that contains a hook to engage the prospect, a line that addresses objections preemptively and a sinker that closes with a commitment.
  • Realize how preparation and rehearsal help you connect with your prospects more effectively.

HANDLING OBJECTIONS

Participants will develop skills to graciously address objections that may arise after presenting their product or service to a prospect, however skeptical or hostile they may be. They will take the collaborative, instead of the defending, approach after a hard question or objection is thrown at them.

Key Outcomes:

  • Refrain from instinctively defending their ideas after an objection has been raised.
  • Develop the collaborative reactions of Flip back, Flip to an expert and Validate + Pivot.
