Take a break from the Florida heat and join us for an evening of calm, connection, and deep rest.
Rest & Refresh is a free 2.5-hour community yoga event at the Lake of the Hills Community Club designed to help you cool down, soothe your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself and others. Through restorative yoga, yoga nidra, and mindful social time, you'll leave feeling calm, grounded, and refreshed.
🧘♀️ Event Flow:
- 30 min welcome tea + social time
- 45 min cooling restorative yoga
- 45 min guided yoga nidra (deep rest meditation)
- 30 min closing tea + light grounding snacks
All yoga mats and props will be provided, so you can arrive with ease. You're welcome to bring your own eye pillow and a cozy blanket if you’d like a personal touch.
✨ This event is limited to just 12 participants, so early RSVP is highly recommended.
