Lumination® is a coaching process, designed as a board game to support group, team and 1:1 coaching.

Lumination® creator, Executive Coach Hazel Russo, will be taking you through a fun taster game session so you can try it out firsthand. We will have multiple games running at the same time so it's a great opportunity to see how Lumination® works for larger groups.

You’ll need to bring a question or challenge you are currently dealing with to work on in the game.

There will be plenty of time for questions, with refreshments provided, so this is your chance to have some impactful coaching with Lumination®, to have some fun and to explore how Lumination® could work for you and your organisation.
