About the Instructor

Laine White, of Story Flow Studios, is a writer, yoga teacher, and mindfulness facilitator based in Montgomery County, Maryland. Certified RYT-200 yoga and Reiki Levels I and II, they are completing advanced training in mindfulness meditation. Laine specializes in gentle, accessible practices that support nervous system regulation, rest, and resilience. Their sessions often blend meditation, breathwork, and guided visualization—offering participants space to slow down, reconnect, and experience nature with intention. A longtime advocate for outdoor wellness, she believes that healing is most powerful when we are grounded in both our bodies and the earth.

What you will be doing

An introduction to Reiki for relaxation and balance, this session invites participants to lie down or sit comfortably while receiving distance Reiki energy and listening to a gentle guided meditation. The session combines calming visualizations and nature-based metaphors to help release tension and reconnect with personal vitality.

This session is designed to support emotional balance, stress relief, and subtle energetic shifts—helping participants feel more grounded, relaxed, and open to healing. By the end of the session, attendees will leave with a sense of lightness and restored inner harmony, carried by the peaceful energy of nature.
