About this Event

Movement for Moms is a walk-and-talk group for moms at any stage of motherhood, with the goal of building connection, community, belonging, solidarity, and empowerment. No matter where you are in your motherhood journey, we are here to connect & walk with you. And don't stress about finding a sitter..kids are welclome to join too!

We will meet once a month on Saturdays to walk along the Ma & Pa Trail together. We will meet in the parking lot at The Center for Trauma, Stress, and Anxiety (139 N Main St Bel Air, MD). Please purchase a ticket to claim your spot!
