Palm Beach Meats and Evan's Steak Omakase ...A Night of Wagyu
About this Event
We gather for a night of steak tasting. The dinner will let us explore various cuts of meat consisting of examples from waygu. Japan and Australia all represented.
This night will be unique, an exploration of what we hold most dear to any carnivore....the almight beast, our sacred wagyu beef.
We will start with passed outside in the courtyard, we will thenbe seated and go into a "salad" course of beef.
Sides will be served family style, tables will be communal and the steak will be served sliced.....steak after wagyu steak we will explore, discuss and know that nobody in Palm Beach will be eating better.
Entree will have 2 different wagyu steaks each one representing a country, the best of the best.
Dessert served too because we can and should!
Beverage will be BYOB and we will have wine & rocks glasses and ice waiting for you.Palm Beach Meats does have a wine and beer selection if needed.
Non alcholic beverage will be provided
This will be intimate, only 38 seats and by the end of the night everyone will be family.
The Commander in Beef has a history of overfeeding people, so the dress will be elastic pants and loose fitting clothing if desired.
In RMLC style we will have a silent and live auction for our charity partner
Palm Beach Meats and The Red Meat Lover's Club will make sure this night is very special.
