Soft Succulents in Watercolors with Phyllis Gubins

Spend a fun day learning how to capture the world in watercolors as you paint your very own piece.

Soft SucculentsSaturday, August 16th 12pm - 3pm​$55 or $70 with all supplies including an 11x14 mat for your finished painting​You’ll create a painting of succulents basking in the sun, with their vibrant layers of colors. You will paint shadows, rough textures, and softly glazed petals to make your painting feel as if it is coming alive with the succulent. We will apply several different watercolor techniques such as wet-into-wet, glazing, charging, and adding salt and splatter. A reference drawing will be provided, so no drawing skills are required.

All Workshops are limited to 6 students, sign up early to reserve you seat.
