Take 90 minutes to slow down, connect with yourself, and explore what gratitude feels like in your body.
This guided session includes journaling, meditation, and 30 minutes of breathwork designed to help you reflect, reset, and process whatever comes up. Youβll have space to write, rest, or simply be.
Co-hosted by Jessica and Anna, this class is open to all β whether youβre new to breathwork or already practicing.

- Integration time with optional group sharing
What to bring:
- Yoga mat
- Bolster or pillow (extras available)
