About this Event

Casper native Zack Scott has garnered a huge hometown following over the years, and has been playing in the Rocky Mountain region for over a decade. Opening up for such acts as Gary Allan, Casey Donahew, and Kenny Feidler, and has played on the stage of the world renowned Red Rocks Amphitheater in Colorado. Voted number one in two categories for Oil City’s Best in 2023, the same year he released his debut album Heathens, which is available on all music streaming services. You’re sure to find Zack playing at your favorite brewery or bar in Casper and around the state of Wyoming.

After graduating from Natrona County High School, George Vlastos received a BA in English from Stanford University and an MFA from the University of Wyoming in Poetry & Environment and Natural Resources.

George has been the featured artist at the WyoPoets Annual Conference. He was a recipient of the Wyoming Arts Council’s Neltje Blanchan Fellowship in 2013 and Creative Writing Fellowship in Poetry in 2024. He was selected by the Wyoming Humanities Council to present at the Laramie Ignite and by the Casper College Humanities Festival to present Pilgrim vs. Pilgrimage.

For the past 28 years, Vlastos has been an educator in Wyoming’s schools. Currently he teaches at Pinedale Middle School.
