John Launius, CHt, CPTD, is CEO of Shihan Wellness and Shihan Consultants. He serves as an Executive Talent Development Coach, Organizational Culture Consultant, and Peak Performance Facilitator. Additionally, John is a certified "Kōmoto" (Master of Ceremonies) in the centuries-old Japanese tradition of incense appreciation (Kōdō). Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event to be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund, due to the preparation and material costs involved.
