Join this relaxing and transformative sound bath to release stress and worries. This sound bath includes over 20 instruments and aid in raising your vibration. Sound baths are proven to aid in digestion and lower heart rate variability.

Please be sure to bring the following:

• Yoga mats will be provided- if you'd like to bring your own, please be mindful that it is a smaller location and we cannot accommodate bigger mats.
• Wear comfortable clothing
• Arrive at least 10 mins early
• And please make sure to place your phone on DND or put on silent
