Join us for a soul-nourishing outdoor painting experience designed specifically for Black women seeking restoration, sisterhood, and self-expression.

Black Girl Healing Hour is a monthly community-based healing experience designed specifically for Black women who are ready to release, reconnect, and reclaim their joy.

Each month, we gather for a new therapeutic activity — from painting and journaling to vision boarding, guided conversation, or even flower arranging — all in a warm, supportive environment. These events are rooted in emotional wellness, creativity, and collective healing.

Whether you’re navigating burnout, boundaries, or just craving connection, this space was created for you. Come as you are and leave feeling more grounded, seen, and whole.

🎨 This Month’s Event: Reclaiming Your Colors – A Healing Paint & Park Session

“Reclaiming Your Colors” is more than a paint session — it’s a sacred space to reconnect with parts of yourself that have been dimmed, hidden, or forgotten. Together, we’ll gather in nature, reflect on our personal journeys, and express what healing looks like through art.

Whether you're a seasoned painter or just picking up a brush for the first time, this event is about freedom, not perfection. You’ll be guided through a therapeutic painting prompt that helps you explore your inner world — with gentle facilitation, reflection, and encouragement every step of the way.

• Opening grounding & circle
• Group reflection on identity, joy, and emotional healing
• Painting materials (canvas, paint, brushes—all included)
• Journaling + take-home affirmation
• A soft, supportive space to connect with other Black women
• Light refreshments & good vibes in a beautiful outdoor setting
