4-H Mindful Me at Whitney Library

Join 4-H at Whitney Library this summer! During each lesson, students read a children's book alongside their activity to learn about developing a sense of self, time and stress management, and managing one's goals.

• Open to youth ages 5-8.
• FREE to attend.
