Summer Ravioli Class and Dinner

Christina Zani of Pasta Night will guide you through stuffing and cutting your own ravioli. After a dough making demonstration you will get hands on experience with thinning, stuffing and cutting your pasta. We will cook and eat summery ravioli together…think ricotta, lemon zest, fresh herbs dressed in brown butter and thyme. The evening includes a welcome beverage and light antipasti.
