About this Event

• Argo and the Violet Queens: Argo and the Violet Queens are a psychedelic driven band based out of Washington D.C. that blend nostalgic visual aesthetics, surreal lyricism, and higher energy performances to create a uniquely abstract world in which the music lives. Sonically, all four members make unique contributions to the band’s sound as they weave through explorations of what the 20th century’s preeminent genres can be once altered in a modern setting.
• Foot Traffic: (DC/Baltimore) channels jam band ingredients into pointed indie rock songs. They drape their grungy songwriting motives in their 2010s indie influences to create a fresh platform for honest songwriting and improvisation. In April 2024, the foursome released their EP "Milkshakes?".

• Alizeh is a singer songwriter who currently attends American University.
