This live demo is led by Eudell Watts of Old Arthur’s Barbecue, drawing on over 160 years of family barbecue tradition. Eudell, the great-great-grandson of Old Arthur himself, will walk you step-by-step through time-honored techniques to season, smoke, and serve these classic cuts.
Whether you’re a backyard beginner or a seasoned pitmaster, you’ll pick up expert tips on wood selection, rubs, temperatures, timing, and more. Best of all — come hungry! You’ll sample every dish throughout the class, paired with your choice of beer, wine, or a refreshing non-alcoholic beverage.
