⏱️ The sound bath begins 20 minutes after the scheduled start time, starting with a guided intention-setting meditation, followed by harmonious, Reiki-infused sound frequencies using sacred instruments—customized to the energy you bring into the space.

To conclude, you'll be offered a refreshing herbal tea and water to cool down, rehydrate, and gently return to the present moment. If time allows, feel free to stay, connect, and share space with fellow participants.
