New Moon Circle
About this Event
Grounding circle is a safe space to come just as you are & cultivate community. We begin each circle with a simple somatic grounding exercise, move into astrology reflection surrounding the new zodiac season, intention setting, followed by a guided meditation & close with open discussion. This is open to all levels of zodiac/astrology & meditation experience. All are welcome here.
This new moon grounding circle is for you if: you've ever struggled with a sense of belonging, if you've ever been made to feel small, if you want to nourish your soul. It's for you if you have anger and hurt & want to vent in a safe space. It's for you if you feel an urge to connect to the earth but feel at a loss about where to begin. It's for you if you're craving community & guidance.
What to bring:
A journal if you wish. We have yoga mats and blankets available but feel free to bring your own or anything else that makes you comfortable.

What if you lived in a body where you didn’t feel the need to escape? Hi there, I’m Hannah! I am a holistic coach because that’s what life is - whole. There are multiple layers to disease, pain & healing. Working together, we focus on the entire self, not just one aspect. My lifestyle coaching approach incorporates a combination of psychology, physiology, nutrition, movement & spirituality. Together, we unearth our rooted patterns of functioning out of fear and cultivate love (starting with loving ourselves). My passion is to empower women on their journey to finding their power [which is already within]. We are more powerful than we even begin to realize. I am here to journey with you. Be well!
