Join Hill Country Conservancy for a special summer evening under the stars at the scenic Nalle Bunny Run Wildlife Preserve as we host an outdoor screening of H-E-B’s Our Texas, Our Future, a five-part original documentary series celebrating Texas' stunning state parks, resilient wildlife, and the Texans working to protect them.

This unique event is part of H-E-B’s ongoing commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship. Through Our Texas, Our Future, H-E-B supports conservation efforts across the state and raises awareness about protecting the land, water, air, and wildlife that make Texas so special.

🎥 About the Films: H-E-B proudly presents Our Texas, Our Future Films: A five-part original docuseries celebrating Texas’ beautiful State Parks, resilient wildlife, and the Texans helping conserve & protect them. Created in partnership with Fin & Fur Films, and with narration by Shane Smith & original music by native Texans Shane Smith and the Saints, these films feature some of Texas’ most iconic animals: Ocelots, black bears, wild redfish, and bats. Event Highlights:

• Early access to enjoy the preserve, swim, and relax by the lake (7:00 PM)
• Film screening begins after sunset (approx. 8:00–8:30 PM)
• Food from True Texas BBQ

ABOUT NALLE BUNNY RUN WILDLIFE PRESERVE

Hill Country Conservancy is a nonprofit land trust dedicated to protecting land and water in the Texas Hill Country and connecting our community to nature. Nalle Bunny Run Wildlife Preserve is a 50-acre preserve situated on the banks of the Colorado River. The preserve was donated to Hill Country Conservancy in December 2000 by the Nalle Family, who wished for years to preserve their beloved “Bunny Run” for the public to enjoy. The conservation management of this preserved Lake Austin waterfront and its proximity to Austin make the Nalle Bunny Run Wildlife Preserve a visual and environmental masterpiece. Learn more.
