The reading will be followed by a conversation between Ada Cheng and Anna-Rose Ii-Epstein, co-founder of Nothing Without a Company, to delve into the play’s themes, Ada’s creative process, and the broader landscape of queer women’s storytelling in theatre.

Dr. Ada Cheng is a Chicago-based educator, storyteller, and performance artist who leverages personal narratives to illuminate structural inequities and amplify marginalized voices.
