Christine Hager-Braun creates contemporary abstract fiber art that explores themes of resilience, emotional well-being, and the human capacity to adapt. Her work offers a compassionate and hopeful perspective. Exhibited nationally and internationally, her award-winning art—crafted from fabric and thread—serves as a tactile entry point for conversations around healing, vulnerability, and inner strength.

Joan Konkel creates mesmerizing visual experiences through the interplay of light, space, color, and layered mesh, forming immersive, optical environments where perception is constantly in flux. Using painted canvas and mesh, she manipulates light as it passes through transparent layers, generating luminous effects, moiré patterns, and shifting hues that evoke both physical and spiritual wonder. Her work invites curiosity and contemplation, transforming simple materials into dimensional, ever-changing fields of color and light.
