The Autumn Veil: Meditation & Sound Journey at the Equinox. Step into the stillness of the season as we honor the Fall Equinox—a sacred moment of balance between light and dark, outer and inner. This immersive experience begins with a gentle guided meditation to ground and center your energy, followed by a restorative soundbath using crystal bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments. Palo Santo and sage aroma in the air. As the “golden veil” of autumn begins to descend, allow yourself to soften, release, and realign with nature’s quiet wisdom. This is a time to pause, reflect, and prepare for the inward journey of the season ahead. All are welcome—no experience needed. Please bring a mat, blanket, and anything that helps you rest comfortably.
