In-person class: Fresh Handmade Pasta & Pomodoro (Atlanta)

There’s nothing so delicious as fresh pasta, and creating it yourself.

Learn how to make a variety of different pastas including Fusilli, Garganelli, Farfalle, Agnolotti, Tagliatelle and more in this how-to class. You will learn to make a bright and balanced Pomodoro sauce to pair with your pasta. Everyone will sit down and enjoy their pasta dish at the end of class! From the dough, shapes and how to cook pasta and prepare homemade sauce, you will leave here confident you know the steps to create a pasta dinner at home!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking party. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. 21+ only.
